  • During festivals or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Within Karnataka& Maharashtra: 2–4 business days
  • Other states in India: 3–7 business days
  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
  • Free shipping with in 10 km radius of business offered & on eligible orders during promotions or above a specified order value.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing the tracking number and courier details.

Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package and damaged item (if applicable)

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
